Shipping Guidelines – Manara Jewels

At Manara Jewels, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please take a moment to read our shipping guidelines:

Processing & Dispatch

All confirmed orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after payment is received.

Orders placed after 3 PM on Saturdays will be shipped on the following Monday, as Sunday is a non-working day.

Orders are packed securely to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Delivery Timeline

For ready-to-ship items, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll share the tracking details with you via email so you can track your package easily.

Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

In case a package is returned to us because it was not accepted at the time of delivery, a ₹200 deduction will apply to cover two-way shipping and handling charges.

The remaining balance will be refunded as store credit, which can be used for your future purchases with us.
