Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Manara Jewels, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and delightful. Please read our policy carefully for a clear understanding of our process.

Returns & Exchanges

To help us resolve any issues, please record a 360-degree, uncut, and unedited video while opening your parcel. This video serves as proof of the product’s condition upon delivery.

We accept exchanges only if the product is damaged when it arrives. Please email the opening video to sales.manarajewels@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Without this video evidence, we cannot process a replacement or refund.

All our pieces undergo careful inspection before being packed to ensure you receive them in perfect condition.

If the item is damaged, we will offer a replacement whenever possible, or a refund if the same product is unavailable.

Once your return is approved, you’ll need to ship the item back to us promptly at your own expense.

When we receive and verify the returned product, we will dispatch your replacement as soon as possible.

Any requests made after the 24-hour window cannot be accepted.

Delivery & Courier Notes

Please ensure you or someone you authorize is present at the delivery address during standard courier timings (9 AM to 6 PM IST) to collect your parcel.

The courier service will attempt delivery three times.

If the package is returned to us after these attempts, you’ll be informed.

To resend your order, a shipping fee of ₹100 will apply.

If you prefer not to have it sent again, we’ll cancel the order and issue a store credit (gift voucher) for the amount paid, minus a ₹200 handling fee.

No refunds will be issued for parcels returned as undelivered by the courier, whether due to customer refusal, unavailability at the time of delivery, or failure to accept the order

Cancellations & Modifications

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged for a different product.
